The $29 wall
The filter-and-batch-print dashboard is gated behind $29 a month, with no free tier. Small stores pay enterprise pricing for a warehouse chore.

PrintFlex turns any set of Shopify orders into one combined PDF — invoices, packing slips and a single merged pick list. Every document carries a QR code and a barcode, so your packer scans the paper in their hand, ticks the items off, and marks the order packed.
One app instead of two. From free, then $4.99 a month.
The QR opens a signed link to this order's pack screen. The barcode is Code 128 of the order number, for USB laser scanners.
Every store above a few orders a day ends up paying twice, editing code, or checking parcels by eye.
The filter-and-batch-print dashboard is gated behind $29 a month, with no free tier. Small stores pay enterprise pricing for a warehouse chore.
Invoice apps don't verify parcels. Scan apps don't print branded invoices. Merchants install both, learn both, and pay for both.
Moving a logo or hiding a tax line means editing Liquid. Most merchants only ever needed a handful of toggles.
A missed item is a refund, a reship and a one-star review. A printed slip can't stop a tired packer at 6pm.
Sort by fulfillment status, tag, date, country or shipping method, then select what you want. Save the views you use every morning so tomorrow is one click.
Up to 250 orders in a single combined file — invoices, packing slips, or both. The job runs in the background with a progress bar, then downloads and opens your printer dialog.
The pick list merges every line across the selected orders into one SKU-sorted sheet. Your picker collects all 34 orders' worth of stock in a single pass instead of thirty-four.
Point a phone camera at the QR code, or fire a USB scanner at the barcode. The order opens instantly with its item checklist, quantities and shipping method.
Tick the items, hit Mark as packed, and PrintFlex writes a tag and a timestamp onto the order. Anyone looking at Shopify admin sees the same truth as the person at the bench.

We run warehouses of our own. PrintFlex ships the features a packing bench actually touches, and skips the rest.
Invoice, packing slip, and a pick list that aggregates quantities by SKU across the whole batch. Refund notes and draft-order quotes follow in V2.
Upload a logo, pick an accent colour and a font, choose A4 or Letter, and toggle what shows — prices, taxes, discounts, phone number, notes, HS codes. Free-text footer for legal mentions and bank details.
The QR holds a signed link that cannot be guessed. The barcode is Code 128 of the order number, so any hardware scanner on the bench already understands it. Both optional per template.
Every order shows never printed, printed, or packed. Reprints are deliberate, and nothing gets shipped twice because two people printed the same batch.
Documents render in the language of the store or of the customer's country — English, French, German, Spanish, Japanese, Korean at launch — with presentment currency and whatever tax lines Shopify provides.
Optionally send the branded PDF invoice to the customer when the order is created or fulfilled. Templated, brandable, and switchable off per template.
The printing apps are good at printing. The scanning apps are good at scanning. Nobody sells the two as one workflow at a small-store price.

Competitor plans and prices as listed on the Shopify App Store, September 2026. '~' means partly covered or available only on higher tiers. Scan & pack column reflects iPacky, the leading scan-verification app; it prints picking and packing sheets but not branded customer invoices.
Scan mode is an ordinary responsive web page. There is nothing to install on the phone, no Shopify login for warehouse staff, and no separate subscription.
A phone camera reads the QR through the browser's own barcode support. A $30 USB laser scanner types the order number straight into the page like a keyboard. If the camera struggles on an old handset, the scanner still works — the camera is the bonus, not the requirement.
The scan page opens from a signed link and a store PIN. Warehouse staff never need a Shopify account, and every scan is logged against the device name so you can see who packed what.
Batch size and render target are V1 engineering targets, not measured results — we will publish the real numbers at launch.
You are metered on orders that had at least one document generated in the calendar month — the same simple counter this category already uses, at a fraction of the price.
The whole workflow, including scan mode. Enough for a store shipping a couple of parcels a day.
No payment collected here. Free stays $0.
The everyday plan. Roughly what one wrong parcel costs you, for a whole month of not sending one.
Subscribing happens inside Shopify, via Shopify Billing.
For high-volume benches and seasonal peaks, where an order cap is the last thing you want to think about.
Subscribing happens inside Shopify, via Shopify Billing.
Billed through Shopify. Every paid plan is charged exclusively through Shopify's own Billing API and approved on Shopify's native charge screen when you install the app. This site never collects payment details or arranges pricing directly.
An order counts once, in the calendar month you first generate a document for it — invoice, packing slip or pick list. Reprinting that order later in the same month is free, and orders you never print never count. The counter resets on the first of each month.
No. Any phone with a camera and a modern browser reads the QR code straight from the page, with nothing to install. If you already have a USB laser scanner on the bench, that works too, because we also print a Code 128 barcode of the order number that any hardware scanner understands.
A pick list takes every line item across the orders you selected, merges the quantities and sorts them by SKU, so you get one sheet for one walk through the warehouse. Instead of visiting the same shelf thirty times for thirty orders, your picker collects the whole batch's stock in a single pass.
Yes. Upload your logo, choose an accent colour and a font, pick A4 or Letter, and toggle the fields you want shown, such as prices, taxes, discounts, phone number and HS codes. You see a live preview rendered against one of your real orders, so what you approve is what prints.
English, French, German, Spanish, Japanese and Korean at launch, chosen per document from the store's language or the customer's country. Amounts print in the presentment currency the customer paid in, with the tax lines exactly as Shopify records them. The translation files are plain text, so the community can extend them.
Every order in the dashboard shows one of three states: never printed, printed, or packed. The state is written the moment a document is generated, so a second person opening the same batch sees it is already printed before they hit the button. Marking an order packed is a deliberate step on the scan page, not a side effect.
Only the order data needed to print a document: customer name, shipping and billing address, line items, quantities and totals. The app asks Shopify for permission to read orders and to write a tag on them, and nothing more. PrintFlex never sees payment or card data.
Generated PDFs are cached so a reprint is instant, then deleted automatically after 30 days. If you need a document after that, it is regenerated on demand from the order. When Shopify sends a redaction request for a customer or a store, we delete the cached documents as well as the database rows.
No. The QR code opens a signed link to that order's pack screen, and staff unlock it with a store PIN you set. Nobody on the bench needs a Shopify login, and every scan is logged against the device name so you can see who packed what.
Not yet. PrintFlex is in active development and we are onboarding early-access stores directly, which is what the form below is for. Once the app is installed, any paid plan is billed through Shopify's Billing API and approved on Shopify's own charge screen; this website never collects payment.
